Baby Blue Playmat - finished!

All crinkly straight from the dryer.  The pattern is from "Quilting in No Time" by Emma Hardy. The back is pieced with fabric from my stash.

All folded up - ready to wrap up as a gift.  The binding has blue stars on it which I love.

Quilt Top Finished

This is the finished quilt top for my class at Millie Moon - unfortunatly winter light means I still haven't got a really good photo that shows the colours well.  At first I thought the colours were too bright for me but now I really like it.  I love the way the green frames the centre and can anyone guess I love Amy Butler?

Sunday's Sewing

I finished the binding on this tiny doll quilt for my neice.  I used the scraps from my Secret Garden Quilt and practice sewing squares so my seams matched and I also tried out my new walking foot for the first time. the back is pink and white polka dot and I love it almost as much as the front!
