Josephine's Quilt

Back here I put together 3 bundles of fabrics and let my sister in law choose one as a quilt for my new baby niece.  She chose this bundle:

New Niece Quilt

The inspiration for the quilt design originally came from Retro Starburst from Material Obsession 1.  But I enjoyed making the log cabins so much I made 8 and just kept the dress fabric whole for the centre.  I am really pleased with this one as its the first quilt that I really chose all the fabrics and put them together myself.

  16. The polka dots are the icing on a very beautiful cake! Worried your niece might not get it as her mum may take a fancy to it herself!
